Winfields Block Management understands that there are some differences between estates and block management and that each site requires a different set of needs. These differences can be as small as dealing with different council districts to larger needs such as road maintenance and boundary disputes.
As a result, we pride ourselves on having years of experience behind us dealing with hundreds of different issues.
These have included, but are not limited to, parking issues, maintenance of private gardens, streetlighting, garage usage, fly-tipping, anti-social behaviour, playground and communal garden maintenance, and more.
We pride ourselves on being able to deal with these issues promptly and effectively. We have experience dealing with these matters in a way tailored to each block or estates specific needs.
The estates and blocks we deal with range from period manner house conversions with separate lodges to modern and mixed developments of houses, flats, and commercial property.
Here at Winfields Block Management, we are aware that as a landlord it is not always possible to be on call 24/7 365 days a year. As a result, we are here to lighten the load and be there when you cannot be. We have an out of hours 24-hour emergency number, as well as a contact number for less urgent needs, to help when you can’t, which even covers the Christmas period. This is to benefit both the tenants and owners of the sites we care for.
