At Winfields we can tailor our services to each individual estate. We understand that the needs of estates can massively vary depending on location, size, the number of residents, what the estate aims to achieve, and whether it is leasehold or freehold. As a result, we pride ourselves on being able to tackle estates of any size, from a couple of houses to sites that contain hundreds, customizing everything to your needs.
Due to the nature of estates, we are aware that many of their needs involve grounds keeping issues.
This includes both, communal areas and private gardens. No job is too big or too small, as we deal will issues ranging from as making sure that you grass is regularly cut to dealing with pond drainage and the issues surrounding water features.
