At Winfields Block Management, we believe we stand out from our competitors. Winfields is a family-run firm specialising in property management for both residential and commercial properties. Established in 2009, we have been successfully serving clients throughout the South West of England, for many years. We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the company is owned by Directors whom are RICS Professionals. We are always open and honest in our advice to clients.

What Do We Do?
Our principles revolve around honesty, flexibility, and good communication. This allows us to put the customer first.
Our approach has generated loyalty from our clients and has enabled us to provide them with a tailored package to suit all their requirements. We offer block management services to Residents’ Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies, Freeholders and Developers.
At Winfields, we feel that block management is a straightforward business – we believe that efficient and effective block management revolves around getting tasks completed, in a timely manner and at the right price. In 2021 Winfields Property Group also acquired PPM Block Management which has been incorporated into our existing company.
